Schicksals-Sinfonie (symphony of destiny)
Daisaku Ikeda  is a Buddhist philosopher, educator, author, nuclear disarmament advocate and the founding president of the Soka Gakkai International (SGI), the world’s largest Buddhist lay organization with approximately 12 million practitioners in 192 countries and territories.

Ikeda’s sense of the great power of culture and the arts to uplift and assuage people would later become an underlying current in his philosophy of and activism for peace. It was during the turbulent period of his youth that this sensibility was forged.
Ikeda suffered throughout his youth from tuberculosis, a deadly disease at the time. He writes fondly of his memories of listening, exhausted from work and illness, to Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony, known as the “Destiny” or “Fate” symphony. “As I sat in the middle of my tiny apartment, with the stirring resonance of that great work filling the room, I felt my blood race and dance with joy . . . a powerful courage resurged in my heart.”
This Symphony is another Beethoven’s favorite of mine after “Ode to Joy”.

Notes n Beats : Help me to heal : Olivia Newton John
If I reach out my hand
Will you hold me
Will you help me to stand if I fall
If I can’t say my name
Will you know me
Oh will I still be me
If I lose it at all
Help me to heal
Help me to feel
All I know is what I see
So won’t you help me to believe
Help me to heal
If I’m not all I was
Will you love me
I’m afraid if I change you might go
As I face the unknown
Are you with me
Cause you know I can’t do this alone
Help me to heal
Help me to feel
All I know is what I see
So won’t you help me to believe
Help me to heal
I know I’ll find the strength to fight
If I can trust I’m gonna be alright
So walk me through my darkest fears tonight
Help me to heal
Help me to feel
All I know is what I see
So won’t you help me to believe
Help me to heal

Notes n Beats :Let go let God : Olivia Newton John

Notes n Beats :Let go let God : Olivia Newton-John

A song inspiring to find happiness in letting go : A humble spirit of accepting and surrendering to grand design of the universe with awe and appreciation

When you can’t find your direction
And your heart won’t guide you home
Let Go
Let God
When your dreams are broken in the dust
And you’ve lost the will to trust
Let Go
Let God
Let the signs remind you
We are passengers
Let the signs remind you
To surrender
To surrender
Let Go and Let God
When faith’s a dying fire
And there’s no spark to feed the flame
Let Go and Let God
When your courage fails you
And the well of hope runs dry
Let Go and Let God
Let the signs remind you
We are passengers
Let the signs remind you
To surrender
To surrender
Let Go and Let God
